This booklet has come into being in sheer reverence of the Buddha’s Teaching as well as the teacher who has managed to convey the original Teaching in Pali as taught by the Buddha in understandable Myanmar language. The teacher himself has been a student of Venerable Mogok Sayadaw Baddanta Vimala and is a very able instructor in reproducing the same instructions he received from the Sayadaw for the benefit of odinary laymen.
